All of the milk that goes into our shredded Monterey Jack cheese comes from pasture-raised cows. We ❤️ pasture-raised because the cows are allowed to express their natural tendencies—like, you know, graze and walk around and do cow-like things that cows like to do.

Before fridges were a thing, making cheese was a way to preserve the extra milk on the farm—a duty that normally fell on farmers' wives. Their skills would then be passed down to their daughters. How’s that for a cheesy family tradition?
